Former commander of British armed forces in Afghanistan.
About Richard:
Col. Richard Kemp is the Former Commander of British Forces in Afghanistan, a leading expert on counter-terrorism and the former military attaché to the Cabinet Office. Colonel Kemp has also been a vocal supporter of Israel at the United Nations, delivering a number of speeches defending the state. Richard is also on the advisory board for the Pinsker Centre, for which we are very grateful.
